James E. Maletta, your consultant, has been a home inspector since 1992 and he has been providing home performance evaluations and energy consulting since 1998. He has solid construction and remodeling experience – including over 5 years as a renovation consultant for City of Milwaukee renovation loan programs and the HUD 203(k) program. He is dedicated to education in pursuit of the most current information for you. He has attended hundreds of hours of classes over the past six years in subjects relating to testing and evaluation of residential construction in addition to holding both a Bachelor Degree and Masters Degree. He brings to your property the benefit of his experience in the inspection of thousands of properties. He is a certified Home Performance Rater and Wisconsin ENERGY STAR Homes consultant and he is a member in good standing of RESNET (Residential Energy Services Network).
